We aim to dispatch all in-stock items promptly. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on product availability and courier performance.

Dispatch and Delivery Conditions
Delivery times apply to in-stock items only.
Orders placed after the daily cut-off may be dispatched the next working day.
We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services or circumstances beyond our control.
Risk in the goods passes to the customer upon delivery.
Customers should inspect goods upon arrival and report any issues promptly.
If items arrive damaged, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

If you are a consumer purchasing online, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods.
To qualify for a return:
Items must be unused
In original packaging
In resaleable condition
Returned at your cost (unless faulty)

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving returned goods and after inspection.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items may not be eligible for return:
Special order or custom items
Electrical items that have been installed
Cut-to-length products
Clearance or non-stock items
Items not in resaleable condition
Faulty or Damaged Goods
If goods are faulty or damaged:
Notify us within 48 hours of delivery
Provide photographs if requested
We will arrange replacement, repair or refund where appropriate
Trade Customers
Trade customers may not have automatic cancellation rights unless agreed in writing.
Returns from trade customers are subject to approval and may incur restocking fees.
